The primary role of the CHC Data Reporting Analyst is to analyze and manage data, and report results. This includes the development and maintenance of analytic and reporting capabilities, and the communication of findings to contribute to data driven business decisions supporting organizational strategies. The Data Reporting Analyst position is responsible for conducting full lifecycle analysis to include definition of requirements, validation of data and reporting schedules. This position will be tasked with developing automated and reusable methodologies for extracting the requested information from database systems. The role requires the individual to be detail-oriented, methodical, and to be able to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams across the organization. The data analyst monitors and develops reports on CHC’s insured and noninsured patients in conjunction with managed care reports and quality patient care. The Data Reporting Analyst, anticipates collaborates with the CMO, Chief of Quality, Director of Clinical Outcomes and Patient Education team to develop, manage and communicate data sets including but not limited to HRSA requirements, HEDIS/Star program, PCMH, Uniform Data Sets, Meaningful Use and Grant requirements.
