The Credentialing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring organizational compliance with Credentialing and Human Resources Policies, applicable federal, state, local and regulatory requirements. This position facilitates all aspects of credentialing, including initial appointment, reappointment, monitoring, and privileging for all Licensed Independent Practitioners (LIP), Other Clinical Licensed Practitioners (OCLP), and Other Clinical Staff (OCS).

In this role, the Credentialing Coordinator exercises significant discretion and independent judgment in interpreting and applying policies and regulations. The Credentialing Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the general business operations of CHC in making key decisions regarding compliance and credentialing standards.

This position requires a comprehensive understanding of credentialing standards and the ability to apply this knowledge to ensure the organization's compliance and operational effectiveness.


Under the direct supervision of the Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician is responsible for assisting the pharmacist in filling prescriptions, billing of prescriptions to third parties, collection of payments from patients and maintaining drug inventory.


The Nurse Practitioner functions as a collaborative member of the health care team in the delivery of comprehensive health and health maintenance to patients in ambulatory settings. The Nurse Practitioner provides outpatient comprehensive primary care service including: preventive and health maintenance services, acute and chronic care, clinical evaluation, diagnosis and treatment.


Responsible for dental assisting duties listed in Florida Statutes 466 and Administrative Rules 64B-5, screening and preparing patients for treatment; assisting the dentist in treating patients; educating patients; processing instruments.


Job Summary:

Responsible for preparing patients for interaction with provider, assists with coordination of quality patient care, lab work, administering medications and immunizations, and performing routine clinical duties as directed by the provider.

Provide outpatient and inpatient comprehensive OB/GYN services including: preventive and health maintenance services, acute and chronic care, clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment as well as OB/GYN consultation services.

This position will entail 8 24 hour call shifts per month at Advent Health Main (Rollins address).

Provide outpatient and inpatient comprehensive OB/GYN services including: preventive and health maintenance services, acute and chronic care, clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment as well as OB/GYN consultation services.


Provide outpatient comprehensive primary care service including: preventive and health maintenance services, acute and chronic care, clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment as well as primary care consultation services.
